Biography

After completing my Westpac Asian Exchange to Shanghai, I became an intern with the Australian Institute of International Affairs NSW where I was able to continue to expand my knowledge of international politics and publish my own articles. Though I don't think I'll ever attain total fluency on Mandarin Chinese, through years of practice I now have a working proficiency of it which provides me with a deeper understanding of the Australia-China relationship. These are skills that I hope to bring to both public policy and the private sector in order to build upon healthy political and economic relations with one of our most important neighbours.

In my free time I can be found either reading or fumbling around the keys of a piano.
