Scholarship Project

I’m interested in taking up research about quality education and PISA, where the PISA rankings has named Singapore as consistently at the top of the board.

Quality education should matter to everyone – children, parents, and all members of society – because we know that education directly affects society’s economy and living standards. However, quality education does not rely solely on academic performance of our students, it’s also about the social and emotional wellbeing of our students. How can we raise the academic calibre and emotional wellbeing of Australian youth? That’s an answer I hope to reach during my time in Singapore, and if not, then for the rest of my career.

Biography

I am a passionate education student hoping to learn more about quality education and pedagogical strategies to help my future students perform at their best and feel their best. Aside from that, I’m also a full-time coffee enthusiast and foodie!!
