Biography

I am passionate about equipping the next generation of Australian students with the skills they need to thrive in globalised workplaces by using digital technologies to foster understanding, dialogue and collaboration between Australian students and their peers in Asia. After graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in 2016, I have been working with Australian and international universities to coordinate the International Conference of Undergraduate Research, which has enabled over 1500 students from eight countries to connect to their global peers. Through this program I have seen how international education programs can empower students to take ownership of their learning and produce inspiring outcomes for their communities. My educational approach is to use principles of emotional intelligence to educate the whole person, and increase understanding and dialogue between academic disciplines and international cultures. In doing so, I aim to create a more inclusive and productive Australia. Outside of work and study, you will find me listening to music, at the beach or haunting Melbourne cafes.
